Home / SEO

Local SEO for the searches that end in a phone call.

Not vanity keywords. The ones with intent behind them — "water heater repair Pembroke Pines," "pediatric dentist near me," "same day AC Miami." Those searches are won in the map pack, and the map pack has rules.

What we work on

Four levers, worked in order.

There is no secret. Local ranking comes down to relevance, distance, and prominence — and three of those you can influence.

01

Google Business Profile

The single biggest lever for local, and the most commonly neglected. Correct primary category, complete services, real hours including holidays, geotagged photos posted regularly, Q&A seeded, and every review answered.

02

Technical foundation

Crawl and index issues, page speed, mobile usability, duplicate or thin pages, broken redirects, HTTPS, and local business schema. Ranking work on a broken site is money poured into a hole.

03

Pages that match the search

A page per service, and pages for the cities you genuinely serve — written, with real detail about how you work there. Not thirty near-identical pages with the city name swapped, which Google has been filtering out for years.

04

Reviews and citations

A steady, above-board flow of reviews, and your name, address, and phone identical across the directories that matter. Inconsistent listings quietly hold businesses back for years.

How an engagement runs

Front-loaded fixes, then steady compounding work.

Weeks 1–2

Audit & baseline

Full technical crawl, Business Profile review, competitor check in your city, and a rank baseline. You get the findings whether or not you continue.

Weeks 2–6

Fix the foundation

Technical repairs, on-page work across existing pages, schema, profile cleanup, and citation corrections. The unglamorous part that moves the most.

Month 2 onward

Build & expand

New service and city pages, content on the questions your customers ask, review flow running, profile posts going out.

Monthly

Measure & adjust

Rankings, calls, form fills, and what we did about them. One report you can read in five minutes, plus a call if you want one.

Where we draw the line

What we will not do, and why it matters to you.

Most bad experiences business owners have had with SEO trace back to one of these. If another agency is offering you any of them, that is your warning.

  • No guaranteed #1 rankings. Nobody controls Google's index. Anyone promising a position is either guessing or picking a keyword nobody searches.
  • No bought links or private networks. They work until they do not, and the recovery costs more than the ranking was worth.
  • No fake reviews and no review gating. Both violate Google's policies and can get a profile suspended — taking your map placement with it.
  • No mass-generated city pages. Fifty pages with the town name swapped is a filter risk, not a strategy.
  • No hostage accounts. Your Business Profile, Search Console, analytics, and site stay in your ownership. We get access, not control.

Reporting & pricing

You should be able to read the report yourself.

Every month you get what changed in rankings, how many calls and form fills came from search, what we worked on, and what is next. In sentences, not a forty-page PDF export from a tool.

SEO is a monthly retainer, scoped after we see your site and who you are competing with in your city. Like the build work, we quote it per inquiry — and the audit that produces the quote costs you nothing.
