Home / Web development

Websites built for the way people actually find you.

Custom design and development for local businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Every build is quoted per inquiry — tell us the job and we send back a scope, a flat price, and a timeline. That part is free.

Included in every build

The baseline, not the upsell.

These are in every project we quote. They are not line items you discover later.

Design
Custom layout designed for your business — not a marketplace theme with your logo dropped into the header. You see the design before we build it.
Responsive
Built mobile-first and checked on real phone widths, not just a desktop browser squeezed narrow. Most of your traffic is on a phone.
Performance
Lean pages, compressed images, minimal scripts. We measure Core Web Vitals before launch and fix what fails.
Forms
Quote or contact forms with spam protection, routed to your inbox or CRM, with the fields you will actually read.
Local wiring
Click-to-call, hours, directions, embedded map, service-area pages, and your Google Business Profile connected.
Search basics
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Search Console and analytics installed.
Accessibility
Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, real contrast ratios, alt text. Better for customers and for search.
Handover
All logins, the domain in your name, and a walkthrough of how to update the parts you will want to change yourself.

Project types

Most of our work falls into five shapes.

01

Service business site

The common one. Home, services, service areas, about, reviews, contact. Built for contractors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, auto, legal, and medical practices. Five to twelve pages, usually.

02

Multi-location business

A page per location with its own hours, phone, map, staff, and reviews — structured so each one can rank in its own city instead of competing with the others.

03

Booking or scheduling

Salons, clinics, studios, and trades that book by appointment. We integrate the scheduler you already use, or set one up, so bookings land in your calendar and not in a voicemail queue.

04

Small storefront

A focused product catalog with real checkout, shipping, and tax — for shops with a manageable catalog, not a 5,000-SKU warehouse.

05

Rebuild or rescue

You have a site, but it is slow, unmanageable, or you have lost access to it. We audit what is there, tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just repairs, and quote whichever is right.

How it is built

Built to be fast first, and editable second.

Most local business sites do not need a heavy content management system running behind them. We build lean by default and add a CMS when there is a real reason — a blog you will actually write, a menu that changes weekly, a team page you update.

If you are already on WordPress and happy with it, we will work in WordPress. The point is that you can maintain the thing after we hand it over, not that we get to use our favorite tool.

Decisions we make deliberately

  • No page builder bloat. Drag-and-drop builders ship enormous amounts of unused code. They are why so many local sites take eight seconds to load.
  • Your photos over stock. Real trucks, real crews, real storefronts. If you do not have usable photos, we will tell you what to shoot on a phone.
  • Copy that names the work. "Emergency AC repair in Hollywood, 7 days a week" beats "Excellence in comfort solutions."
  • Hosting you control. Set up in your own account so you are never locked out of your own website.

Pricing

Quoted per inquiry. The estimate is free.

Page count, whether you need booking or checkout, and how much copy and photography you already have all move the number. A package price would have to guess at all three.

So we scope it, price it flat, and put it in writing. That price holds for the agreed scope. Add something later and we quote that piece before anyone starts on it.

What moves the price

  • Page count and structure — a five-page site and a thirty-page site are different jobs
  • Functionality — booking, payments, portals, integrations with software you already run
  • Content — whether we are writing the copy or formatting yours
  • Locations — one address or eight
  • Migration — moving off an old platform, redirects, preserving rankings

Ongoing costs are separate and small: hosting, domain renewal, and an optional care plan for updates, backups, and edits.
